Econo Lodge Pueblo North

2024 - Still a little outdated but really enjoyed a great nights rest in room 110. Hot tub not working. Great customer service. 2023 -I would have given this a five-star rating if the AC was working properly. I had already taken a shower and was getting ready for bed before realizing it really wasn't cool correctly. I was too tired to contact the front desk and waited till the morning and let them know. I was very impressed that the receptionist that was on site was doing everything from the morning meal preparation area to checking on rooms and also collecting trash and debris around the property. He was very nice and I sure enjoyed his attitude. I love this location because it's near a lot of restaurants and at this time was affordable. Was planning to stay next month but had to change my reservation as rates went up more than double. Thank you to all.

The place was a great get away. Loved the deep bathtub in the room.

This past weekend was our 2nd year staying here at Econo Lodge and Charlene in customer service always extremely sweet, my husband plays at the chile festival and she always takes care of us, makes sure that we get a great room at a great price, and tries to check us in on time or early if she’s able too. We appreciate her to the fullest. Thank you for your kind services

Very clean rooms, not even any dust on any of the wall hangings, counters, mirror, or headboard. They even CLEAN under the microwave!! NOT! blaming establishments for room location, but hubby wanted room next to the pool area, and it was quite noisy when kids and some adults were in the pool area. The parking lot was a bit small but manageable. On my next visit to Colorado, I will stay here again. Thanks for the friendly staff.

This review is to one great motel to stay , with good, quiet and clean big beautiful rooms and all accommodations to make a person feel right at home. Also, the front attendant named Charlene was very polite, respectful and helpful. Charlene helped me with getting my wife (guided Annie who is not able to walk very good) to the room, she helped us with everything needed during our stay and let us know we were welcomed back anytime to the Econo Lodge here in Pueblo, CO. Thank you Tony & Annie M. Yes, thank you Charlene for the awesome customer service. I appreciate the service you gave us. I very pleased with the check in. Gave a 5 star service. Good one night stay at this hotel, location was great, room was clean, breakfast was decent and the pool was nice! For what I paid I am happy!

I’d say overall you get a good bang for the buck here. The bed was super comfy. I always use my own pillow so I can’t say how the pillows are here. The people at the front desk are super nice & friendly!! Which I really appreciate a lot because that seems to be rare these days. The only bad thing was that the hot water was nearly out when I checked in late at night. I guess there was a lot of people staying there? I’m not too sure, but that’s definitely something to consider. Maybe try to get your showers in early or in the morning. It was definitely nice & hot in the morning. I’d stay here again. Oh… and I stayed right by the entrance to the lobby so yeah, it was noisy when people were leaving but that’s to be expected in my opinion. Especially at this price point. It was worth it to me though. So thank you guys & gals.

Such an amazing place, wonderful hospitality and the room was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend and come back !
